One thing I found a little frustrating is, while looking at listing pictures, the "Return to feature sheet" option only goes back to the previous picture you were looking at.   "Many negative experiences with Real Estate Agents. I have found there to be many agents who are unethical and dishonest. Agents seem to be very threatened by your process and will do anything for commission, ethical or not. Several agents falsely represented themselves as purchasers in order to gain entry into our home. In each case we found out that they were selling similar homes in the area and just wanted to see our home so that they could compare it with their listing. One agent even became visibly upset when we denied him entry to our home for purposes of doing a comparative - he was selling the exact same model of home around the corner in competition with us! He even tried to send the vendors father to our home half an hour later to do the comparative for him. We denied him entry as well. Other agents who purported to bring serious purchasers, brought them only because clients asked to be brought after they saw our home advertised. Once inside the agents could be overheard making unwarranted negative or depreciating comments to discourage the buyers from buying from us so that they would buy a home through a real estate agent. We believe we even had two-three potential acceptable offers terminated because of the subsequent involvement of agents on behalf of the purchasers. There was absolutely no use or value in spending time or efforts with agents whatsoever! The involvement of agents prolonged our selling time because of their interference in the selling process. We have contemplated making complaints to RECO."
